Who am i?

Gracy Ruiz, Clinical and intercultural psychologist

Psychologist in Toulouse, I am trained in clinical and psychopathological psychology as well as intercultural psychology. Born in Lebanon, I obtained my psychology degree at the Lebanese University before coming to France to pursue my master’s in Toulouse. This personal and professional journey now informs my clinical practice.

My intercultural approach allows me to take into account each person’s unique history, life trajectory, origins, and cultural context when addressing the difficulties they face. I am particularly sensitive to the psychological challenges associated with moving to a new country, being away from family, rebuilding reference points, and the identity shifts this can bring.

I adopt an integrative approach, attentive to the complexity of each situation. I am especially focused on anxiety disorders and supporting individuals who struggle with them, whether it involves generalized anxiety, panic attacks, or difficulties related to stress and adjustment.

I offer personalized individual support, respectful of your pace and needs, in a compassionate and safe environment. Together, we work to understand your difficulties, clarify your goals, and develop concrete strategies to help you live your daily life more comfortably.
