Who am i?

Gracy Ruiz, Clinical and intercultural psychologist

English-speaking psychologist in Toulouse, I am trained in clinical and psychopathological psychology as well as intercultural psychology. I am particularly dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, whether it involves generalized anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, excessive worry, or difficulties adapting to life changes.

I adopt an integrative approach that takes into account the complexity of each person’s situation, history, and emotional experiences. My goal is to help you better understand the mechanisms underlying your difficulties, identify what maintains them, and develop concrete strategies to regain a greater sense of balance and well-being in your daily life.

Born in Lebanon, I obtained my psychology degree at the Lebanese University before moving to France to pursue my master’s degree in Toulouse. This personal and professional journey has given me a particular sensitivity to intercultural issues and the psychological challenges that can arise when living between cultures.

My intercultural approach allows me to consider each person’s unique life story, cultural background, and personal context. I am especially attentive to the difficulties related to expatriation, migration, identity questions, adaptation to a new environment, and the experience of being far from one’s family or familiar reference points.

I offer personalized individual support, respectful of your pace and needs, in a compassionate and safe environment. Together, we work to understand your difficulties, clarify your goals, and build meaningful and lasting changes that help you feel more confident and comfortable in your everyday life.
